Healthy Korean Cooking - 233301

This series of classes is designed to teach proper cooking techniques for healthy Korean cuisine. Each week is designated a delicious Korean dish, with all ingredients and materials supplied by the instructor!

May 16: Kim Bap - Korean rice rolls resembling sushi, made with various vegetables, dried kelp, seafood and meats all rolled together.

May 23: Bi Bim Bap - A bowl of warm rice covered with sauteed and seasoned vegetables, meat, and other desired toppings.

May 30: Bulgogi - Literally "fire meat." This is a Korean grilled dish made with thin, marinated slices of beef or pork.

June 6: Chapchae - A sweet and savory holiday dish containing stir fried glass noodles, colorful vegetables and marinated meat.

June 13: Dak Dori Tang - Spicy chicken dish made with carrots, potatoes, green onions, and other delicious herbs and spices.

June 20: Duen Jang Jigae - Korean stew with a broth of anchovies and bean paste boiled together with kelp and a variety of vegetables.
